Senator Martin moved to amend the bill on page twenty-nine, section thirteen, line forty-one, after the word “technology.”, by inserting the following: Fairmont State University shall not discontinue the aviation maintenance technology program until three years after providing notice to the Higher Education Policy Commission and the Legislative Oversight Commission on Education Accountability of its intent to discontinue the program.
